摘要
针对目前流动图书车存在难以适应于中西部地区复杂路况和气候等自然状况的缺陷,提出了一种新型流动图书车的技术方案,并开发了相应的样车。运用HYPERMESH软件建立了该型流动图书车车身和车架的有限元模型,并在ANSYS软件中对其在弯曲、扭转两种载荷工况下的位移和应力进行了仿真分析,结果表明流动图书车在弯曲扭转时的位移和应力均能够符合设计要求。
Current mobile library vans are difficult to adjust to the complex road condition and climate of the central and western regions. Therefore, a new technical scheme of mobile library van which can meet the needs was proposed and the sample vehicle was developed. HYPERMESH software was used to develop the finite element model of the body and frame of this van. And ANSYS software was used to do the analysis on the displacement and stress in the conditions of bending and torsion. The results show that both displacement and stress in both conditions were reasonable.
