摘要
采用插层和热处理的方法对高岭石进行剥片。本研究以高岭石/二甲基亚砜插层复合物为前驱体,用"取代法"制备出高岭石/尿素插层复合物,其插层率高达91.23%。将经5h机械磨剥的插层复合物与未经磨剥的插层复合物进行加热处理对比其效果,X-射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(FT-IR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、粒径分析和比表面积(BET)结果均表明热处理方法的剥片效果较佳。磨剥后再进行热处理使样品中位径接近1μm,且1μm以下含量超过40%,其剥片效果明显优于直接热处理;且磨剥使得插层复合物热稳定性增强,脱嵌温度升高。
A new method to exfoliate kaolinite which was performed by the combination of intercalation and heating was presented. A kaolinite-urea intercalation compound was prepared by displacing the kaolinite/dimethyl sulfoxide intercalation compound which was prepared before. The intercalation ratio of the kaolinite urea intercalation compound was 91. 23 %. After that, the prepareed intercalation compound was heated up,and was milled for 5 hours. The results of XRD, FT IR, SEM, BET showed that the effect of exfoliation by heating was great and crystal of the kaolinite maintained good.
