不同增强材料增强苄基化麦草复合材料的研究

摘要 以麦草苄基化产物为基体,分别以球磨胡桑枝条木粉、膨润土、凹凸棒土分别为增强材料进行共混制备复合材料,探讨增强材料与麦草苄基化产物基体的质量比对复合材料力学性能的影响。实验结果表明,复合材料的力学性能要比麦草苄基化产物的力学性能强,其拉伸强度和弯曲强度随增强材料在材料中质量分数的增加,先增加后降低。在3种增强材料中,木粉的增强效果最好,拉伸强度和弯曲强度最大分别达28.6MPa和42.8MPa,增幅分别为27.11%和32.10%。 The reinforced composites were prepared used benzylated wheat straw as matrix, wood flour, attapulgite and bentonite as reinforced materials, respectively. The influence of reinforced material content on the composites was studied. Reinforced materials can improve the mechanical property of the composites, The tensile strength and flexural strength were increased at first and then decreased when the reinforced materials content increased. The wood flour was the best of the three reinforced materials, The tensile strength and flexural strength of wood flour reinforced composites can achieve to 28.6MPa and 42.8MPa,respectively
