摘要
采用傅里叶红外光谱仪、扫描电镜对一步法合成魔芋超强吸水剂颗粒进行表征,并在高、中、低湿环境下进行吸湿性能测试。结果表明,N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺和氧化铝以酰胺键和配位键的形式发生了交联反应,羧基吸收峰表明丙烯酸钠结合在魔芋葡甘聚糖分子链上。一步法合成的魔芋超强吸水剂颗粒粒径是水溶液聚合成的两倍,并为较为规则球状,且吸湿性能优于后者。魔芋超强吸水剂适合在高、中湿环境条件下做吸水材料。
One-step synthesis and granulation of konjac super absorbent polymer(KSAP) were characterized by fou- rier transform infrared spectrum (FT-IR)and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The KSAP were also tested under high, medium and low humidity conditions, respectively. The results showed that N, N-methylene bis-acrylamid and alumina had been crosslinked with amide bond and coordination bond. Carboxyl absorption peaks displayed that sodium acrylate had combined with konjac glucomannan. The particle size of one-step synthesis KSAP was 2 times of aqueous solution polymeri- zation,and moisture absorption was better than the latter. KSAP was suitable for absorbent material in high and medium humidity environmental,
