基于Raney Cu的Cu/MgO制备及双功能催化甘油氢解性能

摘要 采用湿混法以MgO修饰RaneyCu制备Cu/MgO双功能催化材料。通过XRD、TEM和BET对Cu/MgO进行了织构表征,借助H2-TPD、CO2-TPD和NH3-TPD对其表面吸氢和酸碱性进行了物化性质测试。结果表明MgO很好地分散在RaneyCu骨架孔道内,并增强了Cu和MgO的接触界面,形成了新物相Cu-MgO,改变了RaneyCu表面性质。该催化材料用于甘油催化氢解表现出了温和条件下的高活性。 MgO-modified Raney Cu (Cu/MgO) as bifunetional catalytic materials was prepared by Wet-mixing Method. The catalyst was characterized by XRD, TEM and BET for the texture structure, and was tested by H2-TPD, CO2-TPD and NH3-TPD for the surface property. The results indicated that the MgO had modified surface of the Raney Cu, which its skeleton was not changed. MgO was well dispersed over Raney Cu, and the strength of the interface was improved between MgO and Raney Cu. As a result, the new Cu MgO phase was produced. The activity of the catalyst was investigated by glycerol hydrogenolysis, Synergy catalysis of Cu-MgO showed highly catalytic performance with the process of the dehydration and the hydrogenation under mild conditions.
