摘要
以FeCl2·4H2O和水合肼为原料,在聚乙二醇200中进行反应制备出Fe3O4纳米材料。用X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和超导量子干涉仪(SQUID)对产品的结构、形貌和磁学性质进行了表征。并研究了Fe3O4纳米材料对革兰氏阴性菌和革兰氏阳性菌(大肠杆菌和地衣芽孢杆菌)的抑制作用。结果表明Fe3O4纳米材料对革兰氏菌具有抑制作用,且对革兰氏阳性菌的抑制作用优于革兰氏阴性菌。
Fe3O4 nanomaterials were synthesized by reaction of FeCl2 · 4H2O and aqueous hydrazine in PEG-200 solution. The structures,morphologies and magnetic properties of the products were characterized by X-ray powder diffrac- tometer (XRD),transmission electron microscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM)and superconducting quantum interference device (SQUID) ,respectively. Inhibition of Gram bacterias (E. coli and Bacillus licheniformis)by Fe3O4 nanomaterials was also studied. The results showed that Fe3O4 nanomaterials had a better performance in anti-Gram-positive bacteria than that of anti-Gram-negative bacteria.
