From the perspectives of regional market,new coal conveying main lines,coal sources and new energy etc.,the paper analyzes the internal and external troubles of living environment of coal enterprises in Shandong province.The paper thinks that the coal enterprises＇own merits and regional advantages have gradually weakened,and the state of being small,scattered, weak and high is becoming more obvious.From the aspects of the development idea,cost control,product customization,industrial optimization,old areas transformation,new areas feedback,personnel transfer,reform and innovation,burden lightening and problem resolving,the paper puts forward some countermeasures for transformational development of coal enterprises in Shandong.
