This paper describes the background of multiple fund and financing in coal enterprises. The specific practices of fund and financing in Zhengzhou Coal Industry Group Company showed that multiple fund and financing model implementation is the only way to break through the bottleneck of funds in coal enterprises. The practices and effects of multiple fund and financing model have been analyzed. The results showed that to implement the multiple financing model,coal enterprises should comprehensive consider the actual situation of social and economic development and control risk,which promote enterprises development rapid and healthy.
