摘要
诉讼监督是检察机关依法对诉讼活动进行监督的专门性活动,文章在坚持诉讼监督的基本原则的前提下,借鉴外国诉讼监督的部分经验,对中国诉讼监督保障机制提出了具体改进与完善的建议。
Litigation supervision is a particular activity that the procuratorial organs supervise the litigious activities. With the premise of holding the basic principles of litigation supervision, some suggestions are proposed by borrowing some experiences abroad.
