摘要
目的:探讨自我管理模式在急性中耳炎(AOM)患儿家长健康教育中的应用价值。方法按照就诊顺序的单双号将2013年6-12月就诊的156例AOM患儿及其家长(156例)均分为观察组和对照组各78例。观察组对患儿家长实施自我管理的健康教育,包括资信宣教、动机面谈、心理支持、健康日记等方法。对照组实施常规健康教育。
Objective To approach the application value of self-management model in health education of parents of children with acute otitis media(AOM). Methods According to the odd and even numbers of visit orders,156 AOM children and their parents were divided into the observation group and the control group ,78 cases in each group. The parents of the obser-vation group were received self-management model health education,including credit promotion,motivational interview,psycho-logical support,health diary,etc. Meanwhile,the control group was given a regular health education. Results The mean time of children′s AOM treatment in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group ,the recurernce rate was lower than that in the control group,while the awareness rate was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Implementing self-management of health education model for AOM children′s parents,can strengthen their compliance behaviors,improve the cure rate and reduce the recurrence rate of the disease.
