摘要
实验研究了4种化感物质(阿魏酸、苯甲酸、肉桂酸和丁香酸)对玉米种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。4种化感物质均设置4个浓度:50 mg/L、100 mg/L、200 mg/L、500 mg/L。结果表明,4种化感物质不同浓度处理液对玉米种子萌发及幼苗生长均有明显的影响。阿魏酸、苯甲酸和丁香酸在低浓度(50 mg/L、100mg/L)时,对玉米种子萌发有促进作用,而高浓度(200 mg/L、500 mg/L)却表现明显抑制作用。4种化感物质浓度为50 mg/L、100 mg/L、200 mg/L时,对玉米幼苗生长表现促进的趋势,其中,丁香酸100 mg/L处理液显著促进玉米幼苗根的生长,使幼苗鲜重增加;高浓度(500 mg/L)时,明显表现出抑制生长的趋势。
The experiment studied the effects of four kinds of allelochemicals (ferulic acid, benzoic acid, Cinnamic acid and Syringic acid) on seed germination and seedling growth of maize. The concentration of four allelochemicals were used in four degrees:50 mg/L, 100 mg/L,200 mg/L and 500 mg/L. The results showed that the four allelochemicals had significant allelopathic effects on seed germination and seedling growth. The effects were significantly related to the allelochemicals and their concentrations. Four allelochemicals in concentration of 50 mg/L, 100 mg/L significantly accelerated seed germination of maize, while the concentra- tion was 200 mg/L and 500 mg/L, the inhibiting effect of allelochemicals appears. The four allelochemicals appeared to improve seedling growth at 50 mg/L, 100 mg/L, 200 mg/L, for instance, Syringic acid in concentration of 100 mg/L had a significant stimulating effect on fresh weight of the maize for promoting the lateral growth of the radicel. With the concentration of allelochemicals increased to 500 mg/L, four allelochemicals showed obvious inhibition effect of seedling growth.
