摘要
以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、丙烯酸(AA)等单体为原料,并引入双丙酮丙烯酰胺(DAAM)和己二酰肼(ADH)室温自交联技术,通过核壳结构的设计,合成了用于音箱洒点漆的水性丙烯酸酯乳液。讨论了玻璃化转变温度(Tg)、填料比例、成膜助剂和黏度对于洒点漆性能的影响。
By using MMA, BA and AA monomers as raw material, through introducing DAAM and ADH self-crosslinking at room temperature, and adopting core-shell structure design, waterborne acrylate emulsion applied in speaker sprinkle coatings was prepared. The influences of glass transition temperature (Tg), filler proportion, film building additives and viscosity on the speaker sprinkle coatings properties are discussed.
