母乳中保护性成分的作用 被引量:12

摘要 母乳是婴儿营养的生物学模板。乳汁中含有大量生物学活性成分,除为婴儿生长发育提供基本的营养素和能量外,还有保护婴儿抵御感染和炎症以及促进免疫系统成熟、器官发育和正常微生物定植等作用。这种保护性作用目前是难以替代的。由于免疫功能不成熟,以及屏障系统薄弱,新生儿易受病原体感染;在抗原物质刺激后,有过度的炎症反应倾向。母乳中的免疫保护因子可以抵御抗原物质侵害,促进免疫功能成熟,抑制过度炎症反应[1],保护新生儿逐步适应宫外生长环境。
