摘要
文章分析探讨了壳聚糖在羊毛织物染色中改善染色性能、深色染色、低温及低盐染色、印花增稠等方面的作用机制,并概述了壳聚糖在相关方面的研究进展状况。分析了壳聚糖应用于羊毛织物防毡缩、抗折皱、抗静电及抗菌整理中的整理机理,及壳聚糖结合等离子体、生物酶、纳米新技术等应用于羊毛织物整理中的研究进展。为纺织工作者进一步研究开发壳聚糖及其衍生物,以及将壳聚糖结合新技术应用于羊毛织物染色及功能性整理提供了一定的开发思路。
This paper analyzes and discusses the dyeing properties, dark dyeing, low temperature and low salt dyeing of chitosan in the dyeing of wool fabric, printing thickening mechanism etc. , and summarizes the research progress in the aspects of chitosan. It analyses of the applications of chitosan in wool fabric anti-felting, crease resistance, antistatic and antibacterial mechanism of finishing, research progress of chitosan combined with plasma, biological enzyme, nanotechnology and other new technology applied to wool fabric finishing in overview. It can make textile workers further research and development of chitosan and its derivatives. It's a new ideas that chitosan combined with the application of new technology on wool fabric dyeing and functional finishing.
