摘要
介绍了大豆蛋白复合纤维的漂白和染黑色工艺。通过对比试验选用合适的漂白工艺和染黑色工艺:漂白采用氧化-还原双漂工艺;染乌黑色工艺选用HUNTSMAN亨思迈棉用活性超级黑G和超级黑R以及毛用活性Unisol尤纳素黑CQ组合;染色采用元明粉促染纯碱固色的95℃高温染色工艺。漂白和染黑效果非常理想,成功解决了大豆蛋白复合纤维很难被漂白和染成乌黑色的技术难题。
This paper introduces the bleaching and black dyeing process of soybean protein composite fiber. Through the contrast test to choose the suitable bleaching and black dyeing process. Use double oxidation-reduction bleaching process to bleach. The black dyeing process is to select the combination of the HUNTSMAN cotton reactive super black G and super black R and wool reactive Unisol black CQ. Adopt the high temperature of 95 ℃ dyeing process by sodium sulphate dyeing and soda solid color. Bleaching and black dyeing effect is desired and the technical problem of the soybean protein composite fiber being hard to be bleached and black dyed has been successfully resolved.
