摘要
通过TG-DSC联用分析不同掺混比,对污泥与烟煤混合热解特性进行实验。结果表明,在烟煤中加入污泥后可以明显提高其热解特性,污泥的掺混比和升温速率太高或太低均不利于热解的进行,当掺混比为1:1、升温速率为20℃/min时,其热解特性最好;发现粒度较小时,混合物的热解特性较好。研究结果为城市污泥焚烧系统的设计、污泥焚烧装置的运行和工程应用提供了重要的理论依据。
The pyrolysis characteristics of sludge mixed with bituminous coal were investigated in TG-DSC with different mixing ratio. The experimental results showed that adding in bituminous coal sludge would significantly improve the pyrolysis characteristics. It is not conducive to the pyrolysis characteristics when the sludge blending ratio and heating rate is too high or too low. It is found that the optimal mixing ratio is 1:1. When a heating rate is 20 ~C/min, the pyrolysis characteristics of sludge mixed with bituminous coal is best. It was confirmed that a larger particle size is small, pyrolysis Characteristics of a good mixture. These results of pyrolysis would provide an important theoretical basis for sewage sludge incineration system for the design, operation and engineering applications sludge incineration device.
