摘要
研究水平浓淡煤粉燃烧器微油点火的运行参数对点火运行状态的影响,利用Fluent软件对煤粉点火燃烧过程进行了数值模拟研究。利用气相燃烧模拟采用二混合分数方法,数值模拟了燃烧器内煤和油2种燃料点火运行状态,得到了合理的煤粉浓淡和一次风速等数据,并与现场实测数据进行了比较分析。
In order to study operation parameter effects on the burner, the ignition process was studied with Fluent CFD code. Because there are two kinds of fuels (pulverized coal and light oil) in this ignition system, two mixtures fraction PDF approach was used to simulate the double fuel combined combustion process. Numerical simulated ignition and combustion process is detailed, obtained reasonable pulverized coal density and primary air speed parameters. Combine the operation parameters at site to compare and analyze simulation parameters.
