摘要
广东粤电云河发电有限公司配套SG-1036/17.5-M4506型循环流化床(CFB)锅炉,投运一年之后锅炉风室一直存在严重的漏渣问题。通过风帽优化设计和技术改造,取得了良好的效果。锅炉整体运行经济性显著提高,同时延长了锅炉安全稳定运行周期。
Guangdong Yudian Yunhe Power Station Co. Ltd is matched SG-1036/17.5-M4506 type circulating fluidized bed boiler (CFB), one year after the operation there are a serious problem of slag leakage, good results is achieved by the nozzle design optimization and technical reformation, and the economy of the boiler operation increased significantly, while extending the safe and stable operation of the boiler cycle.
