摘要 飞灰含碳量是影响锅炉效率的重要因素之一,而石油焦作为燃料其碳含量高但较难燃尽,飞灰含碳量往往较高。针对某石化公司310 t/h循环流化床(CFB)锅炉飞灰含碳量偏高的实际情况,分别从影响飞灰含碳的重要影响因素:入炉燃料粒度,床层压降,床温,一、二次风配比等角度,试验分析了飞灰含碳量偏高的原因,并提出改进的措施及建议。 One of the most important factors affecting the boiler efficiency is the carbon content in fly ash. The petroleum coke as the fuel is with high carbon content, but different to bum. Thus, the carbon content in fly ash is higher. Performance tests are carried out on the 310t/h circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boiler and the carbon content in fly ash is high. In this paper, the important factors influence on high carbon content in fly ash are researched, such as particle size, bed pressure drop, bed temperature, the ratio of primary to secondary air etc. The reasons for high carbon content are researched, and some improvements are put forward. Its results have reference value for design and operation of CFB boiler burning mixed fuel of coal and petroleum coke.
