深圳市精神卫生防治网络人员配置现况分析 被引量:6

Analysis of staffing for mental health service institutions in Shenzhen

摘要 目的分析2012年深圳市精神卫生防治网络人员配置情况,为合理规划、配置精神卫生人力资源提供依据。方法利用自制问卷《深圳市精神卫生防治机构资源现状调查表》、《深圳市社区健康服务中心心理卫生服务资源现状调查表》,调查2012年市、区和社区三级精神卫生防治机构工作人员配置情况。计数资料采用χ2检验进行分析,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果本次共调查人员764人。男性占59.16%,女性占40.84%,平均(36.17±8.08)岁。调查人员中,前三位的专业是临床医学(65.84%),护理学(14.01%),公共卫生(5.63%);学历,本科学历为主(50.65%),其次是大专(34.55%),硕士(7.59%)。职称,初级职称为主(50.13%),其次是中级职称(40.31%)和高级职称(8.38%)。从事精神卫生防治工作平均时限为(4.20±3.85)年,不同类别精神卫生防治机构工作人员的工作时限差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),区级精神卫生机构工作人员的工作时限相对较长。2013年,全市共有146名精神卫生防治工作人员从队伍中流出,流出比为16.04%。不同级别精神卫生防治机构人员流动性差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),社区级人员(17.97%)流动性明显高于区级(8.86%)和市级(1.69%)。结论深圳市不同级别防治机构人员在学历、职称和专业、工作时限、流动性等方面存在差别。社区级精神卫生防治机构人员流动性不容忽视。 Objective To analyze the staffing for mental health service institutions in Shenzhen,so as to provide a basis for a rational staffing plan.Methods A survey was conducted to investigate the staffing for mental health service institutions of three levels(municipality- level,district- level,community- level) in Shenzhen city with homemade questionnaires including Resources in Mental Health Service Institutions in Shenzhen and Status of Mental Health Services Resources in Community Health Service Center of Shenzhen.Measurement data were processed by χ2 test,the result of P〈0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results There were 764 personnel enrolled into this study,59.16% were males,40.84% were females,the average age was(36.17±8.08) years.In terms of specialty,the top three were clinical medicine(65.84%),nursing(14.01%) and public health(5.63%).In terms of background of education,50.65% of them received a university education,34.55% a college education,7.59% had a master degree.In terms of academic title,50.13% were of junior academic title,40.31% middle- ranked academic title and 8.38% senior academic title.The average working duration was(4.20±3.85) years,and there was statistically significance between staffs of different mental health institutions(P〈0.05).Staffs from district- level mental health institutions had a relatively long working duration.In 2013,146 staff working in mental health prevention and control institution were off their job,accounting for16.04%.There was significant difference between staffs from different levels of institutions.(P〈0.05).Staffs of community- level were more likely to be off their job than those of district- level and municipality- level.Conclusion There is significant difference in education background,academic title,major,working duration and mobility.Staff mobility can not be ignored in community- level mental health agency.
