益母草软胶囊辅助治疗药物流产50例观察

Effect of Motherwort Soft Capsules in 50 Cases of Drug Abortion

目的:观察益母草软胶囊辅助治疗药物流产的效果,并探讨其可能机制。方法:100例要求药物流产的健康妇女随机分为2组,每组患者均使用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止妊娠,观察组在出现下腹痛、阴道出血等先兆流产症状时加服益母草软胶囊,对照组不加服任何药物。观察比较两组疗效、阴道出血时间和出血量。结果:观察组完全流产率及35 d内转经率均高于对照组(P<0.05),阴道出血时间及出血量均少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益母草软胶囊辅助治疗药物流产可提高流产效果、减少出血量、缩短出血时间。

Objective：To observe the effect of motherwort soft capsules on drug abortion,and to explore the possible mechanism.Methods：Totally 100 cases of healthy women with drug abortion were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group （50 cases） and the control group （50 cases）.The two groups were both received mifepristone and misoprosto to terminate pregnancy.In the presence of abdominal pain,vaginal bleeding and the other symptoms of miscarriage prevention,the treatment group was received motherwort soft capsules,while the control group was without any medicine treatment.The abortion effect,the amount and the time of vaginal hemorrhage between the two groups were observed and compared.Results：In the treatment group,the rate of complete abortion and the rate of menstruation turn in 35 days were both higher than those in the control group（P ＜ 0.05）.The duration and amount of vaginal hemorrhage in the treatment group were both lower than those in the control group （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion：Motherwort soft capsules can improve the abortion effect,reduce the amount of vaginal hemorrhage and shorten the time of vaginal hemorrhage.
