半夏白术天麻汤联合针灸治疗梅尼埃病随机平行对照研究

A Randomized Controlled Trial of Modified Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction combined with Acupuncture in the Treatment of Meniere's Disease

[目的]观察半夏白术天麻汤联合针灸治疗梅尼埃病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将112例住院及门诊患者按抛硬币法随机分为两组。对照组56例口服甲磺酸倍他司汀片,6mg/次,3次/d。治疗组56例半夏白术天麻汤(半夏12g,天麻9g,白术6g,茯苓、陈皮各12g,甘草6g,大枣5枚,生姜3片),水煎服,兼火加黄连、黄芩;兼寒加附子、生姜;呕吐较重加代赭石、旋复花。1剂/d,水煎100ML,早晚口服。针灸取双侧听宫、听会、翳风、风池,前顶、后顶。每日晨起一次,补泄并用,留针40Min。两组均连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、听力评定、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组治愈35例,有效19例,无效2例,总有效率96.40%。对照组治愈25例,有效21例,无效10例,总有效率82.10%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]半夏白术天麻汤联合针灸治疗梅尼埃病效果显著,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the effects of modified banxia baizhu tianma decoction combined with acupuncture treatment of meniere＇s disease. [Methods]Using randomized controlled methods,112 cases of inpatients and outpatients by tossing a coin,were randomly divided into two groups. A control group of 56 cases of oral Betahistine mesilate Tablets,6mg/ time,3 tiMes /d. The treatment group of 56 cases of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction of pinellia 12g,gastrodia 9g,Atractylodes 6g,poria 12g,chenpi 12g,licorice 6g,jujube 5 pieces,3 pieces of ginger,water decoction,and Fire plus Coptis,baicalin;and cold plus aconite,ginger;vomiting heavier plus Ruddle,Inula flower.1 time/d,decoction 100mL,morning and evening orally. Acupuncture bilateral Tinggong,Tinghui,Yifeng,Fengchi,qianding,houding. Daily in the morning 1 time/day,use bu and xie methods together,stay 40min. The two groups were continuous treatment with 10d for 1 course. Observation of clinical symptoms,hearing assessment,adverse reaction.Judge the curative effect after 1 course of treatment. [Results]The treatment group cured 35 cases,effective 19 cases,invalid 2 cases,the total efficiency of 96.40%. The control group cured 25 cases,effective 21 cases,invalid 10 cases,the total efficiency of 82.10%. The treatment group was better than control group（P 0.05）. [Conclusion]modified Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with acupuncture has remarkable effect for the treatment of meniere＇s disease,worthy of promotion.
