三豆败毒散治疗顽固性痤疮随机平行对照研究

Three Bean Disease and Treatment of Intractable Acne Random Parallel Control Study

[目的]观察三豆败毒散治疗顽固性痤疮疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将40例门诊患者按抽签法随机分为两组。对照组20例常规治疗。治疗组20例三豆败毒散(绿豆、黑豆各30g,炒芩、蝉蜕、野菊花各12g,天丁、地丁各10g,蒲公英15g,败酱草5g,绣防风10g,薏苡仁15g,桑白皮10g,薄荷5g,甘草10g),隔日1剂,水煎200mL,3次/d。连续治疗42d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效16例,有效3例,无效1例,总有效率95.00%。对照组显效12例,有效2例,无效6例,总有效率70.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]三豆败毒散治疗顽固性痤疮效果显著,值得推广。

[ Objective ] To observe the three beans disease and intractable acne treatment efficacy. [ Methods ] Using random parallel control method, the 40 cases of clinic patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the draw method. Control group 20 cases with conventional treatment, during treatment method of traditional Chinese medicine. Treatment group （ 20 cases of three beans disease spread （ Lvdou, Heidou30g, Chaoqi, Chantui, Yejuhua12 g, Tianding, Diding each10 g, Pugongying 15 g, Baijiangcao 5 g, Xiufangfeng 10 g, Yiyirenl5 g, Sangbaipi 10 g, Bohe 5g, Gancaol0 g）, day 1 agent, water frying, 200 ml, 3 times/d. Two groups were treated for 42 d 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. As a course treatment, judge curative effect. [ Results ] the treatment group 16 cases were markedly improved, 3 cases ineffective in 1 case, and the total effective rate was 95.00%. Effective in 2 cases, control group 12 cases were markedly effective, 6 no effect, the total effective rate was 70.00%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] the three beans disease and intractable ache treatment effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
