葛根素注射液与复方丹参注射液治疗脑梗死等效性随机平行对照研究

Puerarin Injection and Compound Danshen Injection in Treatment of Cerebral Infarction Equivalent Random Parallel Control Study

[目的]观察葛根素注射液与复方丹参注射液治疗脑梗死疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例住院患者按抽签法随机分为两组。对照组40例20mL复方丹参注射液+500mL5%生理盐水,1次/d,静滴。治疗组40例400mg葛根素注射液+250mL5%葡萄糖注射液,1次/d,静滴。连续治疗15d为1疗程。观测临床症状、TXB2、6-keto-PGFIa、ET、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈13例,显效20例,有效5例,无效2例,总有效率95.00%。对照组痊愈6例,显效14例,有效16例,无效4例,总有效率90.00%。两组疗效无显著性差异(P>0.05)。血管活性物质两组均有改善(P<0.05),两组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。[结论]葛根素注射液与复方丹参注射液治疗脑梗死疗效具有等效性,值得推广。

[Objective] to observe the puerarin injection and compound danshen injection treatment of cerebral infarction curative effect. [Methods] Using random parallel control method,80 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the draw method. Control group 40 cases with 20 ml of compound salvia miltiorrhiza injection ＋ 500 ml of 5% saline,1 / d,static drops. Treatment group（40 cases of 400 mg of puerarin injection ＋ 250 ml of 5% glucose injection,once a/d,static drops. 15 d continuous treatment for 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms,TXB2,6- keto- PGFIa,ET,adverse reactions. As a course treatment,judge curative effect. [Results] the treatment group cure 13 cases,20 cases were markedly effective,effective in 5 cases,2 had no effect,the total effective rate was 95.00%. Control group cure 6 cases,14 cases were markedly effective,effective in 16 cases,4 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 90.00%. Treatment group curative effect is equivalent with the control（P0.05）. Vascular active substances in the two groups were improved（P0.05）,the treatment group and control group with equivalence（P0.05）.[Conclusion] Puerarin injection and compound danshen injection treatment of cerebral infarction curative effect with equivalence,is worth promoting.
