针灸联合常规药物加功能锻炼治疗脑卒中后偏瘫平行对照研究

Acupuncture Plus Conventional Drug Therapy Plus Functional Exercise Control Study of Post-stroke Hemiplegia Parallel

[目的]观察针灸联合常规药物加功能锻炼治疗脑卒中后偏瘫疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将64例住院患者按病志号抽签简单随机分为两组。对照组32例①常规药物：a.肠溶阿司匹林,0.3g/次,1次/d,口服;奥扎格雷钠80mg＋5%葡萄糖溶液500mL,1次/d,静滴;低分子肝素钙注射液,0.5mL/次,1.0mL/d,皮下注射;b.五神汤（茯苓、车前子各30g,金银花90g,牛膝15g,紫花地丁30g）,1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服;②功能锻炼。治疗组32例针灸百会、神聪、风池、太阳,捻转提插;留针30min,提插捻转3∽5次,1min/次,1次/d;常规药物加功能锻炼治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、ADL评分、FAC评分、Fugl-Meyer评分、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈0例,显效19例,有效8例,无效5例,总有效率84.38%。对照组痊愈0例,显效13例,有效10例,无效12例,总有效率62.50%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。生活能力ADL评分、运动功能FAC和Fugl-Meyer评分治疗组改善优于对照组（P〈0.05）。[结论]针灸联合常规药物加功能锻炼治疗脑卒中后偏瘫效果显著,值得推广。

Observation of clinical symptoms,living ADL score,motor function FAC and Fugl-Meyer score,adverse reactions. A course of treatment to determine efficacy. [Results]The cure 0 cases,effective in 19 cases,8 cases,ineffective in 5 cases,the total efficiency of 84.38%. The control group healed 0 cases,effective in 13 cases,10 cases,12 cases,the total efficiency of 62.50%. Treatment group than the control group（P 0.05）. Living ADL score,motor function FAC and Fugl-Meyer score improvement in the treatment group than the control group（P 0.05）. [Conclusion]Plus acupuncture plus conventional drug treatment of post-stroke hemiplegia functional exercise a significant effect,it is worth promoting.
