琥珀丸联合手法整复小夹板外固定治疗桡骨远端骨折随机平行对照研究

The Clinical Efficacy of Radial Fracture in The Treatment of Elderly Patients by Using Amber Pill

[目的]琥珀丸联合手法整复小夹板外固定治疗桡骨远端骨折疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将70例门诊患者按抽签法随机分为两组。对照组35例手法复位小夹板外固定治疗。琥珀丸(主要成分为自然铜、三七、骨碎补、续断、桑寄生、土鳖虫、血竭等)4g,2次/d,早晚温服;手法复位小夹板外固定治疗同对照组。连续治疗4周为1疗程。观测临床症状、腕关节功能、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组优24例,良9例,可1例,差1例,总有效率97.14%。对照组优19例,良9例,可3例,差4例,总有效率88.57%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]琥珀丸联合手法整复小夹板外固定治疗桡骨远端骨折疗效显著,值得推广。

[Objective]Amber Pill Joint Manipulation small splints treatment of distal radius fractures. [Method]Random parallel control method,according to 70 outpatients were randomly divided into two groups. A control group of 35 patients manipulative reduction and external fixation splint. Amber Pill（the main component of natural copper,Sanqi,Gushuibu,Xuduan,Sangjisheng,Tubie,Xuejie etc.）4g,2 times / d,morning and evening,warm clothes;manipulative reduction splints treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment for 4 weeks for a course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms,wrist function,adverse reactions. Continuous treatment for 3 courses,to determine efficacy. [Results]Excellent in 24 cases,good in 9 cases,1 case and poor in 1 case,the total efficiency of 97.14%. In the control group were excellent in 19 cases,good in 9 cases,3 cases and poor in 4 cases,the total efficiency of 88.57%. Treatment group than the control group（P0.05）. [Conclusion]Amber Pill Joint Manipulation splint external fixation of distal radius fractures significant effect,worthy of promotion.
