补阳还五汤联合西药治疗气虚血瘀2型糖尿病足（Wagner0~1级）随机平行对照研究

Tonifying Yang Also Five Decoction Combined Western Medicine Therapy in Type 2 Diabetic Foot （ Wagner0 -- 1 ） Random Parallel Control Study

[目的]观察补阳还五汤联合西药治疗气虚血瘀2型糖尿病足（Wagner0∽1级）疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例门诊及住院患者按掷骰子法随机分为两组。对照组30例甘精胰岛素,12∽30U/次,1次/d,皮下注射;门冬胰岛素,6∽16U/次,3次/d,皮下注射;10ug前列地尔＋250mL0.9%生理盐水,1次/d,静滴。治疗组30例补阳还五汤（生黄芪60g,鸡血藤30g,当归尾、赤芍、桃仁、川芎、地龙、川牛膝各10g,桂枝、红花各15g;舌苔偏厚,兼有湿困加苍术、厚朴、薏苡仁;口干明显,兼有津伤加麦冬、五味子、天花粉;舌苔偏黄兼有热象,加金银花、玄参）,1剂/d,水煎250mL,早晚温服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、踝肱指数、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效16例,有效11例,无效3例,总有效率90.00%。对照组显效9例,有效13例,无效8例,总有效率73.33%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。踝肱指数两组均有改善（P〈0.05）,治疗组改善优于对照组（P〈0.05）。[结论]补阳还五汤联合西药治疗气虚血瘀2型糖尿病足（Wagner0∽1级）效果显著,值得推广。

Western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment of 14 d to 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, ankle brachial index, adverse reactions. Continuous treatment 2 period of treatment, judge curative effect. [ Results ] the treatment group, 16 cases had marked effect, effectively in 11 cases, 3 had no effect, the total effective rate was 90.00%. 13 cases of control group 9 cases were markedly effective, effective, 8 no effect, the total effective rate was 73.33%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Ankle brachial index of two groups were improved （ P〈O.05 ）, the treatment group is better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion] Tonifying Yang also five decoction combined western medicine in the treatment of type 2 diabetic foot effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
