金匮肾气丸联合艾司唑仑治疗脑卒中后失眠随机平行对照研究

Kidney Party Joint Golden Estazolam Treatment Insomnia after Stroke Random Parallel Control Study

[目的]观察金匮肾气丸联合艾司唑仑治疗脑卒中后失眠疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将119例住院患者按抛硬币法随机分为两组,脑细胞保护剂等药物及对症支持。对照组60例艾司唑仑,1∽2mg/次,1次/d,睡前口服。治疗组59例金匮肾气丸（制附片、桂枝、熟地、淮山各15g,山茱萸10g,白芍15g,川芎、当归、柴胡、香附各12g,枣仁、夜交藤、龙骨各15g,牡蛎25g）,1剂/d,水煎400mL,早晚分服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、AIS量表、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈23例,显效16例,有效14例,无效6例,总有效率89.83%。对照组痊愈21例,显效13例,有效12例,无效14例,总有效率76.67%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。AIS量表评分两组均有改善（P〈0.05）,治疗组改善优于对照组（P〈0.01）。[结论]金匮肾气丸联合艾司唑仑治疗脑卒中后失眠效果显著,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the kidney party joint golden estazolam treatment insomnia curative effect after stroke. [Methods]Using random parallel control method,119 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups according to flip a coin method. Treatment group 59 cases of kidney golden party（Zhifupian,Guizhi,Shudi,Huaishan each 15 g,Shanzhuyu 10 g,Baishao15g,Chuanqiong,Danggui,Chaihu,Xiangfu 12 g,Zaoren,Yejiaoteng,Longgu each 15g,Muli 25 g）,1/d,Fried 400 ml water,morning and evening clothes. Western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment of 30 d for 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms,AIS scale,adverse reactions. As a course treatment,judge curative effect. [Results] in treatment group recovered 23 cases,16 cases had marked effect,14 cases effective,6 no effect,the total effective rate was 89.83%. Control group recovered 21 cases,13 cases had marked effect,12 cases were effectively,14 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 76.3467%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group（P0.05）. AIS rating scale in the two groups were improved（P0.05）,the treatment group is better than that of control group（P0.01）.[Conclusion] Kidney golden party joint estazolam treatment insomnia after stroke effect is remarkable,is worth promoting.
