养心复脉汤联合西药治疗心律失常随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察养心复脉汤联合西药治疗心律失常疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将88例门诊患者按抛硬币法随机分为两组。对照组44例常规治疗,抗心律失常。治疗组44例养心复脉汤(人参、阿胶各6g,生姜、桂枝各9g,麦门冬、当归、黄芪各10g,炙甘草12g,生地黄50g),1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、心律、心电图、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效38例,有效4例,无效2例,总有效率95.45%。对照组显效30例,有效5例,无效9例,总有效率79.54%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]养心复脉汤联合西药治疗心律失常效果显著,值得推广。

Treatment group （ 44 cases of yangxin complex pulse soup （ Renshen, ajiao 6g, Shengjiang, Guizhi each 9 g, Maimendong, Danggui, Huangqi 10 g, Zhigancao 12 g, Shengdihuang 50 g ）, 1 / d, boiling water 200 ml, oral sooner or later. Western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment of 7 d for 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. Continuous treatment 2 period of treatment, judge curative effect. [ Results ] the treatment group 38 cases had marked effect, 4 cases were effective, ineffective in 2 cases, total effective rate was 95.45%. Control group 30 cases were markedly effective, effective in 5 cases, 9 no effect, the total effective rate was 79.54%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Yangxin complex pulse soup combined western medicine therapy arrhythmia effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
