强精种子汤及调经种子汤+当归丸+逍遥丸联合西医治疗不孕不育随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察强精种子汤及调经种子汤＋当归丸＋逍遥丸联合西医治疗不孕不育疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将90例门诊患者按就诊顺序号抽签简单随机分为两组。对照组45例西医治疗,男性：①绒毛膜促性腺激素,1500∽2000U,3次/7d,肌注;克罗米芬50mg/次,1次/d,口服;②手术治疗：精索静脉曲张需手术进行治疗,炎症应进行抗生素治疗;女性：采取宫、腹腔镜技术对患者进行手术治疗。治疗组45例男性：强精种子汤（巴戟天、山茱萸、白术炒、当归各10g,附子6g,肉桂3g,淫羊藿、杜仲、白芍各12g,枸杞子、熟地黄各15g）,1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服;女性：调经种子汤（土鳖虫10g,僵蚕15g,丹参20g,香附、当归各15g,川芎10g,赤芍15g,半夏10g,苍术、泽兰、陈皮各15g,茯苓30g,益母草15g）,月经期服上方1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服,连续6剂;非月经期当归丸,0.25g/次,1次/d,早服;逍遥丸,4g/次,1次/d,晚服;西医治疗同对照组。连续治疗90d为1疗程。观测临床症状、受孕状况、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效30例,有效4例,无效1例,总有效率97.78%。对照组显效20例,有效12例,无效13例,总有效率71.11%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。[结论]强精种子汤及调经种子汤＋当归丸＋逍遥丸联合西医治疗不孕不育效果显著,值得推广。
