益气活血方联合常规西药治疗冠心病心绞痛随机平行对照研究

Yiqihuoxue Parties Combined Conventional Western Medicine Treatment of Angina Pectoris Randomized Parallel Group Study

[目的]观察益气活血方联合常规西药治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将96例门诊患者按抽签法分为两组。对照组46例硝酸异山梨酯,10mg/次,3次/d,口服;阿司匹林肠溶片,100mg/次,1次/d,口服;辛伐他汀,10mg/次,1次/d,睡前口服。治疗组50例①益气活血方(黄芪、党参各30g,白术、茯苓各12g,麦冬、五味子、白芍、生地各15g,丹参30g,当归15g,川芎12g,大枣9g,甘草炙6g),1剂/d,水煎2次,150mL/次,共300mL,3次/d,口服;②抗血小板、调脂等西药治疗。连续治疗28d为1疗程。观测临床症状、心律、心电图、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效27例,有效25例,无效4例,总有效率92.85%。对照组显效16例,有效13例,无效11例,总有效率72.50%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]益气活血方联合常规西医治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效显著,值得推广。

Observing clinical symptoms of adverse reactions. A course of treatment to determine efficacy. [ Results ] 27 cases markedly effective in 25 cases, 4 cases, the total efficiency of 92.85%. The control group 16 cases markedly effective in 13 cases, 11 cases, the total efficiency 72.50%. Treatment group than the control group （P〈0.05） . [ Conclusion ] Yiqihuoxue parties combined conventional Western medicine treatment of angina pectoris significant effect, worthy of promotion.
