高校图书馆硕士点建设的创新实践——山东理工大学情报学硕士点成立10年回顾与思考

Education Innovation Practice of Master Section of a College Library:Review and Reflection of Information Science Master Section of Shandong University of Technology in 10 Years

高校图书馆硕士点集中诞生于21世纪初,经过10年的探索和创新,图书馆硕士点克服生源缺乏、师资不足和没有培养经验等困难,初步形成特色鲜明的培养模式。山东理工大学图书馆情报学硕士点利用多学科招生、聘请兼职教授、建立联合培养基地的办法,培养出具有复合知识结构和综合应用能力的研究生,多项指标列校内学科点前茅。然而,高校图书馆硕士点仍受到种种因素制约,未来的定位取决于继续改革。

The master program of library and information science in the university library, which was born in the early 2000s, has overcome many difficulties： lacking of students, faculty deficiency, having no experience in training, etc. After 10 years of exploration and innovation, it has initially formed a distinctive graduate training mode. Through methods of using muhidisciplinary admissions, hiring part-time professors and establishing joint training bases, the master program of library and information science in Shandong University of Technology library has trained graduate students with composite knowledge structure and comprehensive application ability; as a result, a number of indicators are among the best in the school discipline constructions. However, the master program in university libraries is still restricted by various factors and the future orientation depends on continued reforms.
