血小板活化因子和A23187对精子顶体反应的影响
摘要
顶体反应(AR)是精子受精过程中的一个必要过程。在IVF或体内自然受精过程中,精子的AR是由透明带糖蛋白受体诱发的,只有透明带诱发的AR才具有重要生理意义。但是目前无法分离出足够的此类物质以常规测定精子顶体功能并应用于诊断,所以需要研究天然AR激动剂的替代物及建立最佳诱导AR体系,这样诱导的AR才更符合生理要求。
