椎旁注射激素联合牛痘疫苗接种家兔炎症皮肤提取物对老年腰椎术后综合征的疗效 被引量：7

摘要 手术是经保守治疗无效的腰椎间盘突出症、椎管狭窄患者的最佳选择,大多数病人术后取得满意疗效,但仍有一部分术后疗效不佳,有文献报道1年内有4%手术患者需要再次手术,4年内10%患者需要再次手术,这其中9.5-25%为腰椎术后综合征（postlumbar surgery syndrome,PLSS）这些腰椎手术病人症状与体征暂时缓解后复发或加重,残存或产生新的症状和体征,
