单侧真皮组织瓣结合“V”形埋线导引技术矫正乳头内陷

Correction of inverted nipple with unilateral dermal tissue flap combined with “V” shaped embedding guidance technology

目的探索一种效果持久、损伤小、并发症少的矫正乳头内陷的方法。方法设计乳头基底单个三角真皮组织瓣反折入乳头皮下，以使乳头丰满，结合“V”形埋线导引技术支撑乳头基底，达到持久矫正乳头内陷的目的。结果42例各型乳头内陷的患者术后切口均I期愈合，乳头各项功能正常，无组织坏死、回缩等并发症发生，乳头乳晕外形理想，无明显瘢痕。结论本方法矫正各型乳头内陷效果确切持久，简单安全。

Objective To explore a method of correcting inverted nipple with lasting effect, tiny invasion and fewer complications. Methods A single triangular dermal flap of papilla base was designed and then was folded into the nipple to make the nipple fullness, the V-shaped embedding guide technical was used to support the nipple base to correcting inverted nipples achieve with lasting effect. Results Forty-two cases with various types of nipple retraction were corrected using this method, all incisions healed primarily with normal nipple functions, the ideal nipple shape, there were no tissue necrosis, concurrent retraction psychosis and obvious scars occurring. Conclusion The method is durable, simple and safe for correcting the inverted nipples.
