环境因素影响人体健康的表观遗传机制 被引量:2

摘要 在表观遗传机制建立和成熟过程中,环境刺激对出生前和出生后早期的表观遗传水平有重要的影响,所产生的错误信息在以后的表观遗传复制中被不断积累,最终导致个体随着年龄的增长而表观差异越来越大。近几年提出的环境表观基因组学正是在基因组水平探讨环境因素的表观遗传效应及其对基因表达影响的学科。研究表明,环境因素可引起错误的表观遗传程序建立进而导致多种人类疾病,如肿瘤、衰老、印记综合征、免疫疾病、中枢神经系统及精神发育紊乱。
