三酮类除草剂2-(2-硝基-4-三氟甲基苄基)-环己烷-1,3-二酮(NTBC)毒理学研究进展

摘要 三酮类是一种新型植物4-羟苯丙酮酸二加氧酶(4-Hydroxyphenylpyruvate dioxygenase,HPPD)抑制剂类选择性除草剂[1],因其杀草谱广、活性高、可混性强、对后茬作物安全,使用灵活、残留低、环境相容性好等特点,在世界各国获得广泛使用[2]。然而,三酮类除草剂也是哺乳动物体内HPPD有效抑制剂,因此作为一种植物和哺乳动物共有靶标位点的除草剂,其潜在的哺乳动物安全性问题不容忽视[3]。
