压磁应力传感器差动信号检测电路设计

Design of a differential signal detection circuit for piezomagnectic stress sensors

摘要 由于压磁应力传感器结构对称性存在着差异,致使传感器输出信号的零点值调节困难,而传统的电路输出交流信号,不便于信号处理。采取对两组检测信号先整流滤波,再进行分压式比较,使得输出信号直接为直流信号。利用所设计的电路进行了实验,通过调节电位器即可实现传感器零点值的准确调节。通过实验验证了电路的性能,也验证了磁测应力传感器的性能。 Due to the structure symmetry differences of piezomagnetic stress sensors, it is difficult to complete zero setting of sensor output signals. Traditional circuits output AC signals, so it is not convenient for signal processing. Two groups of testing signals are rectified and filtered first, then compared, so as the output signals are DC directly. The tests show that the zero setting of sensors can be received accurately by adjusting the potentiometers and the pertbrmance of the circuit and magnetic stress sensor are good.
