吉林省农户对参与农民合作组织的意愿调查与研究

Willingness and Research to Participation in Farmers' Cooperative Organizations in Jilin Province

农民合作组织解决了家庭联产承包责任制所带来的信息不对称、规模不经济等问题,推动了农业产业化进程,带动了农村经济的快速发展。农户是农民合作组织发展的基石,为了深入了解农户参与农民合作组织的意愿及影响因素,选取吉林省安图县进行了抽样调查,分析了农民对合作社的参与意愿。结果表明:影响农户参与意愿的主要因素有农户户主的民族、年龄、受教育程度、对合作社的认知度、农户的经营范围、收入结构、是否有值得信赖的组织者、以及政府的配套措施等;对此提出了需要加大培训力度、完善耕地流转政策、加大政策扶持力度、积极培育合作社组织者。

Farmers＇ cooperative organizations solved some problems such as information asymmetry and diseconomies of scale which were caused by household contract responsibility system,promoted the industrialization process of agriculture and led to the rapid development of the rural economy.Conducting a sample survey to Antu County in order to analysis of the willingness of farmers to participate in cooperatives.The results showed that major factors that affect willingness to participate were ethnicity,age,education level,awareness of cooperatives,farmers＇ business scope,revenue structure,trustworthy organizers as well as supporting measures of government.Some countermeasure such as increasing training efforts,and improving land transfer policy,intensify policy support,and actively cultivate cooperative organizer were proposed.
