八正散加针刺治疗痔术后尿潴留

Clinical observation on Bazheng Powder combined with acupuncture therapy for urinary retention after hemorrhoid

目的观察运用八正散加针刺治疗痔术后尿潴留的临床疗效。方法 49例痔术后尿潴留的患者口服八正散(车前子、瞿麦、蓄、滑石、栀子、炙甘草、川木通),并配合针刺疗法(中极、膀胱俞、三阴交、阴陵泉),治疗1个疗程,观察其疗效。结果 49例患者中,治愈41例,有效4例,无效4例,总有效率91.84%。结论八正散加针刺治疗痔术后尿潴留重在清热泻火,利水通淋,气化疏利。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Bazheng Powder combined with Acupuncture Therapy for urinary re- tention after hemorrhoid. Methods 49 cases with urinary retention after hemorrhoid were treated by Bazheng Powder （Se- men plantaginis, Qu Mai, Polygonum aviculare, talc, gardenia, licorice root and Caulis Clematidis armandii） combined with Acupuncture （acpoints： Zhongji, Pangguangyu, Sanyinjiao and Yinlingquan） Therapy. The curative effect was observed after one course of treatment. Results 41 cases were cured. 4 cases were effective. 4 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 91.84 %. Conclusion Bazheng Powder combined with Acupuncture Therapy for urinary retention after hemorrhoid focuses on cleating heat and purging fire, promoting diuresis for stranguria and promoting flow of Qi.
