本文通过对人民币与越南盾外汇市场现状进行分析,认为由于"地摊银行"存在诸多金融风险隐患,有必要完备市场机制,充分发挥市场发现价格功能,通过市场力量推动正规金融机构来主导人民币与越南盾外汇市场。

Through the analysis of the actual state of the CNY/VND exchange market, we consider that ＂street banks＂have some financial risks. So we suggest to develop the market mechanism, and make use of market price discovery function, which will help the formal financial institutions to gain the leading position in the CNY/VND exchange market.
