粒细胞缺乏症首发口腔黏膜症状1例报道及分析

Symptoms of oral mucous membrane: the first symptoms of agranulocytosis

粒细胞缺乏症是一种血液系统的危重疾病。该疾病病因复杂,合并严重感染时可危及患者生命。该文报道1例以口腔黏膜弥漫性肿胀及坏死为首发症状的粒缺患者,并进一步探讨口腔科医生在该类疾病的诊治过程中应该履行的职责。

Agranulocytosis,with complex etiology,is a type of fatal blood system disease when combined with serious infection. This report presents a case of a patient with agranuloeytosis whose first symptoms are diffuse swelling and necrosis of oral mucous membrane. Furthermore,responsibilities of dentists related to agranulocytosis are also discussed.
