神经调节蛋白1-ErbB信号通路的研究进展 被引量:15

摘要 神经调节蛋白(neuregulin,NRG)在细胞的生存,迁移以及分化中扮演着重要的角色,它通过激活称为ErbBs蛋白的受体酪氨酸激酶(表皮生长因子受体的经典成员)进行一系列的信号转导.有四种ErbB受体:EGFR(ErbB 1/HER1),ErbB2(neu/HER2),ErbB3/HER3,和ErbB4/HER4..神经调节蛋白通过编码基因不同分为神经调节蛋白1-4:NRG1,NRG2,NRG3,和NRG4[1].其中NRG1已经得到大量研究,而NRG2,NRG3,NGR4的功能研究甚少.NRG1-ErbB信号通路在神经发育,细胞增殖分化等生命过程中发挥着重要作用,与精神分裂症等神经发育异常所导致的疾病以及癌症,心力衰竭,心肌梗死等疾病的发生发展密切相关.NRG1-ErbB信号通路机制的更广泛研究将有助于为大量的临床疾病提供有效的治疗措施,现就近几年来对NRG1-ErbB信号通路的最新研究进展作一综述.
