成人肾母细胞瘤病案分析

摘要 成人肾母细胞瘤（adult Wilms’tumor,AWT）是一种临床罕见、恶性程度高的肾脏恶性肿瘤,由于其发病率低,临床认识不足。我院于2011年收治1例,现报道如下。1临床资料患者,女,27岁,因间断右侧腰痛1月,于2011年3月12日入住我院。外院CT（图1A）示：①左下肺结节影,肝右后叶占位,考虑肝癌;②右肾巨大占位,下腔癌栓形成。超声示：右肾静脉癌栓子形成。入院后,查体：
