充分重视及合理应用头颈部扩散加权成像技术 被引量:9

摘要 近年来随着MR技术软硬件的发展,扩散加权成像不仅用于头颈部疾病的诊断和鉴别诊断,而且在肿瘤放化疗的疗效预测和早期监测评估方面也具有潜在巨大的优势。要充分重视扩散加权成像技术在头颈部的应用价值并认真探讨在头颈部如何合理应用和发展此项技术。 In recent years, with the development of hardware and software of MR imaging, diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) has been applied not only to the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of head and neck diseases, but also to the prediction and early monitoring and evaluation of the treatment response to radiochemotherapy of head and neck cancers with a big potential advantage. We should attach great importance to the value of DWI and think how to use and develop the DWI technology in the head and neck better.
