开窗减压术联合囊肿塞在颌骨囊肿治疗中的应用

Fenestration Decompression and Cyst Plug in the Treatment of Jaw Cysts

目的:探讨开窗减压术联合囊肿塞在颌骨囊肿治疗中的应用,并评价其疗效。方法:对35例较大颌骨囊肿患者采用开窗减压术,吸除囊内容物,保留其余囊壁,制作囊肿塞,维持囊肿造瘘口引流通畅,并保持囊腔内清洁。术后定期复查和随访。结果:开窗减压术联合囊肿塞能够有效治疗颌骨囊肿,大大降低颌骨囊肿治疗中的手术创伤,保存颌骨及牙齿,维持颌面部外形和生理功能,是一种简便、有效的颌骨囊肿治疗方法。

Objective： To assess the clinical outcomes of fenestration decompression and cyst plug in the treatment of jaw cysts. Methods：35 patients with large jaw cysts （14 cysts in maxilla, 31 cysts in mandible） were retrospectively reviewed. After fenestration and marsupialization, cystic substance was sucked and the remaining cyst wall was kept. A cyst plug was made to ensure the continuous drainage of the cystic fluid and keep the cystic intra-cavity clean. Regular examination and follow-up visits were made at 1,3,6,9 and 12 months after surgery. Results： At 12-month after surgery, maxium cystic diameter reduced less than 50% in 6 cases, while in other 29 cases cystic diameter reduced more than 50% or cystic cavity regenerated. Conclusion：Fenestration decompression is a simple and effective treatment of the jaw cysts.
