重大工程建设与运营智慧管理系统的研究及实践

摘要 为克服建设工程常规管理方式中存在的信息孤岛、现势时空信息缺乏、辅助决策不智能等局限,在地上、地下、室内、室外多源时空信息及传感数据采集、建模的基础上,基于集景三维空间信息基础平台,研发了"重大工程建设与运营智慧管理系统",实现了空间信息三维展示、智能规划设计、施工动态监管、运营安全监测等功能,并在重庆国际博览中心工程中开展了实际应用,为其规划、设计、施工及运营提供了全过程一体化空间信息服务,有效提升了重庆国际博览中心的建设及运营管理水平,具有一定的推广价值。 In order to overcome the limitations in conventional management system of construction projects, such as the information islands, the lack of temporal space information, as well as the non-intelligent decision-making support the smart management system for major construction project is researched and developed which gathered the multi-source spatial and temporal information as well as sensor data acquisition and modeling from aboveground, underground, indoor and outdoor. It integrates functions like three-dimensional display of spatial information, intelligent planning and design, dynamic construction supervision, and the safety monitoring during operation. Chongqing International Expo Center project has applied this system and enhanced the level of smart management during the construction and operation. The experiences can be popularized in future work.
