摘要
【目的】探讨军校医学生的情绪稳定性状况及其与心理健康的关系。【方法】采取横断面调查的研究方法。应用艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)及90项症状自评量表(SymptomChecklist90,SCL-90)等测量工具对军校医学生进行情绪稳定性调查及其与人格、心理健康水平等因素的关系。【结果】EPQ量表统计结果显示,N量表分数为10.56±4.70;E量表分数为10.66±5.40;P量表分数为4.77±2.76。N量表与SCL-90各因子分均呈正相关(P<0.01或P<0.05);E量表除与SCL-90恐怖因子无关外,与其余因子呈负相关(P<0.01);P量表除与SCL-90恐怖因子无关外,与其余因子呈正相关(P<0.01或P<0.05)。【结论】军校教育工作者应重视提高医学生情绪稳定性,以提高其心理健康水平。
[Objective] To investigate the correlation between mood stability and mental health of medical students in military academies. [Methods]EPQ (Eysenek personality questionnaire) and SCL-90 were employed in the study to test randomly sampled 312 medical students. [Results]The score of scale N was 10.56 ± 4.70, and those of E and P were respectively 10.66 ± 5.40 and 4.77 ± 2.76. There was positive correlation between N score and factor scores of SCL-90, and the same is the ease with the correlation between P score and factor scores of SCL-90, but there was negative correlation between E score and factor scores of SCL-90. [Conclusion] Mood stability should be emphasized to improve the mental health of medical students in military academies.
