摘要
提出利用压缩感知理论实现高分辨距离像散射中心参数估计。该方法首先将散射中心参数估计转化为信号的稀疏表示,然后重点研究测量矩阵的设计和稀疏参数的选取。为了提高解的鲁棒性,在构造字典矩阵时将采用位置错开以降低测量矩阵原子之间的互相关性。在算法求解过程中,采用贝叶斯信息准则确定模型阶次和稀疏参数。数据实验表明,算法能够稳定精确地估计散射中心参数。
A new parameters estimation method of scattering centers with high resolution range profile (HRRP) is proposed.The features of HRRP describe the radial distribution of object scattering center,which is a good candidate for radar object recognition.Firstly,the parameter estimation of scattering centers is transformed to a problem of spare reconstruction.Then,the design method of measurement matrix and selection method of sparse parameters are discussed.In order to improve the stability of sparse solution,a positional warp approach is employed to construct the dictionary-matrix.To improve the efficiency of algorithm,the model order and sparse parameter are established by Bayesian information criterion.Extensive experiments validate the feasibility and stability of our proposed algorithm.
