摘要
随着社会的发展,性的功能不再局限于繁衍后代,还是男女爱情的升华,幸福婚姻的见证,性生活质量也因此越来越为人们所关注。较之男性,女性出现性冷淡的几率更高。本文旨在分析女性性冷淡的成因,探讨日常体育锻炼对女性性冷淡的改善作用,帮助女性远离性冷淡困扰,建立健康和谐的夫妻性生活。
With the development of society, functions of sex are not only limited to producing offspring, but also considered as an important index to measure the happiness level of love and marriage life. Therefore, quality of sex life has been paid increasing attention to in these years. Moreover, sex apathy is more likely to occur on women rather than men. This paper aims at analyzing the cause of female frigidity and discussing the improving effect of daily physical exercise, to help women get rid of troubles caused by female frigidity and building healthy and harmonious sex life.
